I tried to change my old account type to new one but i was not allowed. the server asked me to contact for help.

why?

That menu is made for old accounts opened before August 1st 2007. You have opened your account much later, so there is nothing to change.

This is not a problem. Our clients get suggested to open new accounts with conditions more favourable to them
