It was not as easy as just restore my order back, it was a big problem...
I hope AD will seriously investigate the problem... it was not fair for all customer all around the world.
just be fair of investigating of whether i was lost or win at that moment.
What I mean is if i win but eventually loss because of this mistake... (just fair)
Thanks for adjusting first...

Hello Yeap,

Yes, the first thing I did is restoring the order to your satisfaction. Next, I analyzed the issue and found out that there may be some kind of software bug, or performance issue, so I submitted a detailed request to MT4 developers. I hope the reply will be constructive and will bring some light into this.

Could you please clarify what do you mean?

The order is restored and closed at the exact s/l price, as it is supposed to be. Restart your MT4 in order to upload the corrected data. All balances are corrected and brought inline with the proper s/l price. All other customer stop losses are being executed correctly, and your issue is being closely investigated in technical aspect.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further queries.

i know the ticket(sell) has been corrected(lost 10points) but you can check the history data of USDCAD that this chart is downward going...
If the price never touch my stop loss point and i will not lose, isn't. and i may get further profit right!
i believe that this is the software mistake and make me lost, is it fair.

For instance:
if let say next time i or one of the world Admiral Market's Customer buy at 1.000 with stop loss at 0.9950. The result i lost 50points but the price never get there to 0.9950. If this case happend to you, would you admit or recognise this is your mistake and not Admiral market. 0.1 lost $50 lost, 1.0 lost $500, 10 lot lost $5000, 100 lot lost $50000. could you see the problem...

i hope the ticket losing could be claimed back for money.

Hello Yeap,

Thank you for providing more details on the issue. This is a huge help for me.
There are no reasons to assume that this happened to anyone else these days, however I must take some time for a closer investigation. If there is any error occured, your account will be refunded respectively.

Hello again,

Let's make sure that we are talking about the same things.

Ticket #1504734 sell USDCAD at 1.0157, with stop-loss at 1.0167, opened on June 19th at 12.00 GMT+1 by sell-stop order.

As it can be clearly seen from 1-minute chart, the Low price at 12.00 is 1.0154, therefore your sell-stop at 1.0157 was due for execution.

Next minute, at 12.01, the High price is 1.0168, therefore you should get your stop-loss at 1.0167.

The order as it is in your history after fixing is closed at the specified stop-loss price 1.0167, so it appears to be completely ok.

Please let me know if you have any concerns about this.

I very much hope this helps.
