I want to make on its count credit shoulder 1:200 and want to make EUR as currency of the deposit of my account. How this does?

By default credit leverage is fixed on new trade account 1:100 and currency of the deposit USD.

The Credit leverage 1:200 is fixed on request of the Client if weighted cost of the facilities (Equity) on its account does not exceed $15'000.

If You want to change on its account credit leverage 1:200 or to change EUR as currency of the deposit of Your account, write on this on internal mail MetaTrader or on e-mail on box account@fxservice.com or on contact in telephone - UK Tel. +44 (0) 20 3239 7789

The Notes:

1. under telephone negotiations will take authorize by means of telephone password, referenced in the form opening of an account.

2. when referencing on e-mail authorize is not required, however necessary to send the letter from the same box, to which is registered trade account. Do Not forget to indicate Login trade count, in issue.

I have several questions. I wrote on e-mail tradercabinet@fxservice.com their own questions, but noone ever answered. Is there way to get help from Technical Support department and Financial department on e-mail? Or it is possible only on forum to ask these questions?
