Hello,
I decided to withdraw the money and close my accont with admiral.
I followed the "wizard" online here:

https://tc.fxservice.com/money/index/withdrawal

but at the end, when I press "Whitdraw funds" the system tells me that : "Access denied. Please contact Admiral Markets Support Team for instructions."

I sended one email to support@fxservice.com but still no answer.

Ok. I'm here. What's wrong?

Ok. Done again the withdraw request, but this time I got :

"Not enough money on this MT account"

I don't understand. I haven't open trades...

What's the problem now?

You don't considered the bank commission for withdrawal - 25 dollars. For withdrawal it is necessary to specify a difference of means between balance on your account and the bank commission.

Yes, I considered the 25 "bucks" for bank commission, but the answer was the same as before.

I tried with 29.99$ for bank commission and... I hadn't errors. Everything's fine!

You could fill the form which is applied on my message and to send on e-mail - support@forextrade.ee. The commission will be 25 dollars. If you have the sum with cents it is necessary to specify cents after a point. To write a comma it is inadmissible.

We have the maximum commission of 25 dollars and other variants are not possible.
