Can't Withdrawal and Support no response.

My name is Desi Arisanti My account No. 49490

I have fund on Admiral $567 and since 3 days ago until today i can't withdrawal seem my account limited for WD ( i know cause my friend WD $10 and success). I've contacted support and tehnical (i know they online cause ms. Lina said "hello") but when i ask about the problem, no answer anymore, i try to contact again but no response, i wait for 20 minutes and seem not want to answer my question.

I mailed to support 3 days ago, until now no response too, i still have positive thinking about this broker, but if there is no response for 2x24 hours maybe i will take this case to int'l forums like FPA and specially my country forum.

Hope you all solve and clear this case

ok, thank you for this explanation and good response and maybe admiral have to maintenace for online support and tehnical to give good response for customers, i glad to hear it, as you know 2nd day i tried it before (balance-25) but today i will try it again today.

ok, i just try to WD again, even shown "SYSTEM ERROR" again but looks like WD report success,
