I had 2 stop losses triggered (see file attached...) and still was 2 pips from supposed to being triggered(1 pip from buying price)...is this some mt4 error or just the way the broker is.

Dear Client,

Charts in MetaTrader 4 are generated using only Bid prices. Sell positions are opened by Bid prices and closed by Ask prices. Buy positions are opened by Ask prices and closed by Bid. You can see the both prices in MetaTrader 4 terminal, "Market Watch" window. The difference Ask-Bid is a spread (1-2 pips on EURUSD). Please take this fact into consideration when placing your pending orders and reviewing execution results.

I can understand that...but the spread at that time from what I saw was 1 pip on eurusd for that time...not 2 pips...

EURUSD spread is floating between 1 and 2 pips, so at any moment of time it can switch to 2 pips, and then back to 1 pip.

Ok so everything is set up and im trying to withdraw...i go through the process and the money leaves the account...the next day it is back....why is this?...the is the 2nd time this has happened.

Usually withdrawal return happens if our accountant receives insufficient or incorrect information about client's bank account. For example, if bank account is not specified in IBAN format or when client's and bank account holder's names doesn't match.

If you specified something incorrectly when conducting withdrawal in TR, you can try again and input the correct data.

Tomorrow I will contact our accountant and provide more detailed information concerning your withdrawal.

Our accountant has informed that withdrawals have been returned because an incorrect SWIFT code of your bank was specified when filling in the withdrawal form in TR. Our accountant has sent e-mail to your @msn.com address (that was specified during registration in TR) informing you about this situation.
